Directions for use:   For instant hydration, massage directly onto skin before shower or bath. Work from the top of the body towards your feet, using long sweeping movements on the limbs and small circular movements on the elbows, knees and abdomen. If not enough time for a full body oil treatment, try massaging oil liberally into your feet and lower legs before slipping into bed.
