Tina is the author of the Ayurvedic Weight Loss Plan and the Ayurvedic Detox Plan containing her uniquely powerful Ayurvedic herbal medications and fresh recipes. She tackles difficult and persistent health issues – life’s niggles that won’t go away. She has answers to bloating, liver and gut health, immune deficiency, PMS, menopause, fertility, lethargy, anxiety and so much more. She offers private health consultations, clinics, and event speaking, all supported by her online health shop.
Tina is a qualified Ayurvedic Health Practitioner, Diet & Lifestyle Counsellor, Nutritionist & Medical Herbalist as well as a trained nurse and Yogi Elder. She gained her diploma at the prestigious Ayurveda Institute in South Croydon - pioneers in authentic Ayurvedic education. Studying over three years under true experts, she gained her diploma in Ayurvedic medicine and become a certified member of the AAPUK.
It was her time spent studying under the renowned Dr. Kulkarni in Pune, India (The Shruti Ayurved clinic), that profoundly inspired Tina and where she discovered the astounding health benefits of Ayurvedic Medicine. Finally she could join up both Eastern and Western medical systems. She spent 500 hours studying under Dr Kulkarni, learning Ayurvedic philosophy, dosha and pulse diagnosis & herbal pharmacology - how to heal, treat and balance the physiology. Tina’s skill lies in her ability to pinpoint the true disorder and systematically rebuild a persons health. Alongside this is Tina’s own unique medicinal blends of powerful herbs that she prescribes her patients. They are used to treat a full spectrum of illnesses, specifically at their root cause.
She is the founder of Yogi Health, a unique Yoga Teacher Training Academy. Tina originally trained as a Sivananda yoga teacher 500 hrs. Since then, she has emerged as an acknowledged IYN Yoga Elder and a YAP Yoga Pro trainer. Tina writes all of her training courses, incorporating Ayurvedic principles within the certified modules (YAP & IYN). As well as Yoga Teacher Training Foundation 200 hours (with Ayurveda), her Advanced YTT course are remarkable in their range and diversity - from ‘Kids, Teen & Special Need Yoga’ to ‘Cancer, Addiction & Illness Recovery Yoga’ - they are one of a kind qualifications that allow her yoga students to heal & educate vulnerable people.
She was also a founder of Toft Foods, a major UK food manufacturer and has served on various corporate boards in her role as Commercial Food Product Design and Technical Innovator.
Her love and deep respect for food means Tina spends a lot of her time cooking, developing fresh recipes full of flavour to support her diet and lifestyle plans. Her personal philosophy is to take all the great wins from Ayurvedic medicine and natural wellness and introduce them seamlessly into our busy western lifestyles. Her focus is on women’s health and making people healthier and happier in the simplest way possible.
