Hello and Welcome. I’m Tina Toft and I hope that many of you may know me from my business – Yogi Health where I have been teaching yoga and running my teacher training academy. You may also know that I am an Ayurvedic Health Practitioner, Nutritionist & Herbalist and have been consulting and developing programs and solutions to balance difficult health issues over many years now.
Coronavirus has very much changed this landscape and like so many others I have decided to adapt to the new world we live in. Due to restrictions I was forced to curtail my yoga teachings over the summer but I am grateful for your kind support when I have shared some of my private sessions online. Many of you have asked me for help with your specific health issues and to do more on the Ayurvedic front. I have therefore become increasingly focused on developing my Ayurvedic practice and bringing it 100% online.
I know we can all “Change our lives through what we eat.”
I am keen to naturally address your persistent health issues and life niggles. Things you can’t easily ‘shrug-off.’
I want to help restore yours body’s natural health balance and repair both mind & body to make you healthier and happier.
It is important for you to learn how to listen to your body and give it what it needs and not just what it wants.
Benefits include weight loss, anti-aging and vitality. You get the outside free if you look after the inside.
My mission is to achieve “Natural diet based wellness.” by developing an online presence with a great deal of free video content based on my in-depth knowledge of Ayurvedic Health & Nutrition or as it is also known – “The Natural Science of Life”
My aim is to encourage and enable women to make positive diet & lifestyle changes.
I do this by translating all the natural benefits of Ayurvedic Medicine into your every day, busy western life-style.
The key is to Identify simple natural solutions that are easy and relevant to helping you overcome your persistent health issues and also prevent them coming back.
I always promote high natural foodie values, recipes and flavours. Food after all is my passion and there is no reason we can’t make it fantastically enjoyable every day.
That’s why I promote the use of natural ingredients, going organic and plant based where possible but not exclusively and I always try to be non-judgmental and positive about including other food groups (meat, fish, poultry etc). I value taste and providing natural nutritional values in everything I do.
In short I want you to become “Healthier & Happier.”
I also want you to feel and look “Energised, Vibrant and Youthful.”

I plan to produce a lot of free video content including recipes, tips and tackling head on many of today’s important and relevant women’s health issues such as:

I will definitely be blogging and running webinars and I will also be underpinning everything with free videos on yoga & exercise, mindfulness, meditation and breathing techniques.
