Sough dough bread is a fantastic bread to use if you suffer from bloating. It is low in yeast which can help to prevent bloating.
Coconut oil is very versatile, use as a spread instead of butter, it contains excellent fatty acids, is antiviral and contains omega 6
Almond Butter is high in protein. Contains Vit E & B2, magnesium, copper & phosphorous & fibre
Raspberries are high in fibre, vitamins & minerals & antioxidants, antiaging, high vitamin c which is good for your skin, low glycaemic (no big sugar rush!)
Sough dough bread
Raspberries (allow to come to room temp, not cold from the fridge)
Cinnamon powder plus Tina’s digestive spice blends
Pepper & Salt
Toast your sough dough bread. When Toasted spread the toast with a thin layer of coconut oil and then spread again with almond butter. Add a sprinkle of black pepper, salt, and Tina’s Digestive Spices.
Mash your raspberries with a fork and place on top of the almond butter, then sprinkle some desiccated coconut.
Don’t forget to eat your meal warm to prevent bloating!
