Stay Away from Raw Food
One of the main things that cause bloating is what we eat and when we eat. Raw food is one of the worst things you can eat if you suffer from bloating. We tend to see raw food as being light and airy. When light and airy is one of the worst things for our digestive system. It has to work a lot harder to digest. This causes bloating in the lower colon as it has not been properly digested in the gut.
If you are having raw carrots instead try slightly cooking them to help your gut digest them better. Food should always be cooked warm and moist especially during autumn/winter. Keep away from salads!
Drink warm drinks with your meals
Try your best to avoid cold drinks with your meal; white wine, champagne, cold water, juice, etc. Instead, sip on warm water. It gives our stomach a helping hand to digest our food. Cold drinks put out our digestive fire which we really don’t want to do. Our bodies need a strong digestive fire to digest all our food.
Don’t eat like a “rabbit”
Stay away from seeds, snacks and light airy food.
