Simple, quick, nutritious, delicious eggs! One of Tina’s favourite quick and easy protein breakfast which is enriched with added vitamins and minerals. It’s amazing what a little bit of added spices can do for your body.
Shopping List
Two free range eggs
Coconut oil
Bread choice (use sough dough, soda, pumpernickel, pitta etc…)
Quarter inch fresh ginger root
Digestive Spices
Black pepper & Himalayan or sea salt
Tina’s Top Tip -: Eggs are a relatively inexpensive protein, I suggest you buy the best, my favourites are Burford Browns, now sold in most supermarkets
-notice the difference in the yolk colour!
