Half Cup Jumbo organic oats
One cup milk or yoghurt, but not flavoured or
Dessert spoon or 20g Black raisins
One granny smiths apple cored and grated
Half -inch ginger root grated or half teaspoon sweet digestive
20g pistachios (bashed!) or almonds, cashews, or pecans.
