One cup or 100g Millet Flakes
Two cups or 400ml Milk – Coconut, Almond or Cows (not oat milk if you suffer from bloating)
Pinch of good salt (pink Himalayan rock or good sea salt)
Two large medjool dates, stones removed and chopped small
A pinch of cinnamon powder
Two teaspoons sesame seeds
Half teaspoon of rose petals (optional)
