Tina uniquely combines her Ayurvedic expertise with her nursing medical background, her creative love of food and her yoga and meditation. As a qualified Ayurvedic practitioner and nutritionist she is well versed in juggling a busy lifestyle with a natural approach to her health.
Primarily focused on improving women’s health, Tina adapts the best of Ayurvedic medicine to western living. She has helped many women overcome their persistent health issues by realigning what they eat, when and why. She is a realist and knows that best results usually come from the simplest of changes. Things happen when there are comfortable and workable changes that need the least of compromises to how we live each day.
She tackles difficult and persistent health issues – life’s niggles that won’t go away. She has answers to bloating, liver and gut health, immune deficiency, PMS, menopause, fertility, lethargy, anxiety and so much more.
What you eat is invariably what you shop, prepare and enjoy. Changes in food need to also reflect the ability to entertain at home, dine out, eat on the hoof or holiday with. Food should be tasty as well as nutritious and balanced – this is what creates permanent change and wellbeing.

As a yoga elder she promotes easy yoga postures and yoga sessions carefully designed to help each ailment and she also promotes meditation and mindfulness to keep the mind in support.
